Regional Marketing Manager, APAC

We're now looking for a Regional Marketing Manager to lead our Asia Pacific marketing strategy and drive growth across one of the world's most dynamic regions.
Your mission
As Regional Marketing Manager, you'll lead a high-performing team to deliver strategic, data-driven marketing campaigns that generate demand, build brand awareness, and support sales targets. You'll collaborate across global and regional teams to shape LRQA's presence in APAC and help us stay one step ahead.
How will you make an impact
- Develop and execute regional marketing strategies aligned with global and regional business goals.
- Lead and coach a regional marketing team to deliver high-impact campaigns and measurable results.
- Drive demand generation, lead acquisition, and brand awareness through multi-channel campaigns.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and operations to optimise pricing, product mix, and market positioning.
- Manage regional marketing budgets, agency relationships, and campaign performance.
- Implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and transactional campaigns using tools like Microsoft Dynamics CRM, GA4, and Power BI.
- Ensure brand consistency and content localisation across all channels – from digital and PR to events and partnerships.
- Analyse campaign performance, prepare reports, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Support LRQA's thought leadership and PR strategies to strengthen industry presence and stakeholder relationships.
About you
- Degree-level education in marketing or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years' experience in B2B marketing, campaign management, and execution.
- Experience in the Risk Assurance sector is a plus, but not essential.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence, delegate, and manage cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills, with fluency in English and a local language.
- Experience in both transactional and account-based marketing within B2B or professional services.
- Proficiency in marketing technologies including Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, SEMRush or similar.
- Highly organised, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with experience in campaign reporting and performance optimisation.
- A proactive, resilient, and enthusiastic team player with a "can do" attitude.
