What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Director and cross-functional teammates on campaign ideation, flawless execution, and results read-outs
  • Build and optimize email programs, nurture tracks, and workflow automations in HubSpot
  • Create full-funnel assets—compelling copy, landing pages, graphics, social posts, and short-form videos
  • Record and edit bite-size video snippets, then schedule and distribute them across social and email for maximum engagement
  • Launch intent-led ABM plays, monitor account signals, and iterate rapidly based on real-time performance data
  • Analyze KPIs, run A/B tests, and surface insights that boost pipeline velocity, ROI, and creative learnings
  • Engineer AI-driven workflows that automate data enrichment, lead scoring, and personalized outreach at scale
  • Streamline process efficiency by spotting bottlenecks and applying automation or LLM prompts to save time and amplify output
  • Experiment across our martech and AI stack (e.g., HubSpot, Demandbase, Zoominfo, Goldcast, Clay, AirOps, Gumloop, Zapier, Webflow, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) building, testing, and iterating campaign strategies and tactics that push GTM performance forward

What We're Looking For

Experience & Skills

  • 2 - 4 years in growth marketing, marketing operations, or a similar GTM role
  • Expertise in HubSpot email builder, workflows, and CRM
  • Strong copywriting and basic design ability with Canva or similar tools
  • Experience with video creation and editing platforms like Goldcast or Descript for short-form content
  • Talent for turning raw data into clear, actionable insights. Experience with analytics tools such Google Analytics, Posthog, Microsoft Clarity
  • Hands-on use of AI tools; come ready to show examples of prompts, customGPTs, tools, or workflows you've developed

Key Role Details

This position is open only to candidates who reside in the United States and are already legally authorized to work here on a full-time basis. Iron Horse is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas now or in the future.

This position is remote but requires availability during standard U.S. business hours (typically 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in your designated time zone). Occasional flexibility may be needed based on team collaboration needs. Periodic travel may be required for team meet-ups, training, or in-person meetings, typically with advance notice. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $60,000-$80,000. Your exact salary will depend your location, skills, experience, and training. This role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision insurance, paid time off, 401(k), basic life insurance, Flexible Savings Account, Long term and short term disability insurance, etc. Iron Horse is an equal opportunity employer.
