✨ About The Role
- Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, product managers, and engineers to spec, design, and build features and systems
- Lead, mentor, and provide feedback to team members while growing the engineering team through recruiting
- Work on a modern stack including TypeScript, ReactJS, Node.js, Java, and Docker containers in Kubernetes on Google Cloud Platform
- Partner with quality engineers to define, build, and maintain testing strategy
- Drive the foundation forward in building a platform that allows lawyers to scale themselves and their businesses 100x more effectively
âš¡ Requirements
- Experienced software engineer with at least 5+ years of experience in architecting, building, launching, and maintaining complex systems
- Demonstrated leadership skills across engineering teams and a drive towards improving technical architecture and achieving company-wide goals
- Passion for software engineering, building high-quality products, and sharing knowledge with team members
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with designers, product managers, and other engineers
- Ability to mentor and provide feedback to team members, as well as grow the engineering team through recruiting talented individuals
