- Experienced software engineer with a minimum of 4 years of software experience, capable of architecting, building, launching, and maintaining complex systems
- Strong coding fundamentals and a track record of shipping high-quality products
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with designers, product managers, and other engineers to design and build features and systems
- Skilled in leading projects from start to end with a high quality bar, with strong communication and collaboration skills
- Self-organizing, able to plan own work and mentor other engineers on the team
