- Develop AI-powered features for contract drafting, reviewing, and redlining in the document editor
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to design and build AI-powered features and systems
- Lead technical discussions, mentor other engineers, and contribute to team growth through recruiting efforts
- Work on a modern tech stack including TypeScript, ReactJS, Node.js, Java, and Docker containers in Kubernetes on Google Cloud Platform
- Contribute to the mission of building a product that legal teams love and play a pivotal role in driving the foundation of the platform forward

- Experienced software engineer with a minimum of 5 years of software experience, preferably in architecting, building, launching, and maintaining complex systems
- Passion for software engineering and a high bar for quality in product development
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
- Enthusiastic about learning and sharing knowledge, particularly in the field of AI advancements
- Prior experience or knowledge of AI is preferred but not required
