✨ About The Role
- Drive sales execution by aligning with the cadence of the business, including forecasting and pipeline management
- Develop and manage KPIs and Dashboards to provide insight into sales organization health and performance
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership to improve processes and performance through data analysis and actionable insights
- Support quota creation, enforce Rules of Engagement, and model out different sales-based scenarios
- Engage with GTM Systems team to ensure systems and processes effectively support the sales motion
âš¡ Requirements
- Experience in Sales Ops, Sales Strategy, Management Consulting, or GTM-Focused VC with at least 3-4 years of relevant experience
- Strong understanding of the SaaS business model and efficient sales operations
- Ability to manage multiple projects across sales teams and drive impact through analysis
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Tableau, and Gong, with experience in scaling SaaS companies preferred
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, comfortable communicating with all levels of leadership
