- The Inbound Sales Development Representative Manager will be responsible for managing, coaching, and mentoring a team of sales representatives.

- The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience as an Inbound SDR Manager or 2+ years in relevant tech/SaaS sales experience.
- A strong proficiency with Salesforce (CRM) and Outreach/Salesloft is essential for success in this role.
- The candidate should be passionate about coaching and driving high-performance teams, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth tech company is highly desirable.
- The candidate must be extremely data-driven, capable of identifying areas for improvement, and tracking progress effectively.
