- Experienced sales professional with 5-7 years of closing sales experience in a similar capacity, ideally in the SaaS industry
- Comfortable with inside and field sales, capable of running the full sales cycle independently
- Curious and genuinely interested in the product, mission, and industry of Ironclad
- Strong internal sense of urgency, hard-working, and humble with excellent communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to see the big picture, works well with other teams, and willing to take ownership of projects
