Ironclad

A digital contracting platform that streamlines the creation, execution, and management of legal agreements and contracts.

Product Operations Leader

Ironclad is the leading AI-powered contract lifecycle management platform, processing billions of contracts every year. Every business is powered by contracts, but managing them can slow companies down and cost millions of dollars. Global innovators like L'Oréal, OpenAI, and Salesforce trust Ironclad to transform contracting into a strategic advantage - accelerating revenue, reducing risk, and driving efficiency. It's the only platform that manages every type of contract workflow, whether a sales agreement, an HR agreement or a complex NDA. We're building the future of intelligent contracting and writing the narrative for how contracts unlock strategic growth.

This is a hybrid role. Office attendance is required at least twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays for collaboration and connection. There may be additional in-office days for team or company events.

We're on a journey to redesign contracts. And, that means rethinking how people (and companies) form trust and work together. We're looking for a cross functional Product Operations Leader to help us challenge the status quo and redefine contracting.

In this role, you will be responsible for defining, executing, and scaling programs and processes to accelerate EPD strategy, product velocity, while ensuring we maintain a foundation of stability and security.

This role facilitates deep strategic collaboration and ensures alignment with EPD teams to execute effectively and intentionally, while balancing technical tradeoffs to achieve business goals with limited resources.

Supports cross-functional teams. Create the right frameworks to engage and partner with other teams and act as a single point of contact when needed. Work with PMM, ops, finance, data, sales, support, recruiting, etc to ensure EPD is an effective partner to the rest of the organization. This is also a key role in cross-functional programs such as PBRs, Release train, etc.

Other key initiatives for this role to drive this year:

  • Drive cross-functional coordination of feature launch excellence improvements.
