Job Description

Managing project deliveries, resolving impediments, and driving improvements within the Agile framework.

Facilitating Agile release execution and planning events, ensuring alignment across teams.

Facilitating Progressive elaboration and aligning with different team on deliveries and timelines.

Managing Stakeholder Communication, The RTE acts as a liaison between the release teams and stakeholders, ensuring transparency, managing expectations, and providing updates on progress and challenges.

Collaborating with business and technology stakeholders to support product and service delivery.

Managing dependencies across squads and removing roadblocks to drive outcomes.

Performing all Governance activities doing Production Readiness Review, Security Test requirements and getting items approved before Production Deployments.

Demonstrating strong project management skills and understanding of the software development lifecycle.

Guide and coach the team on Agile Scrum principles and practices.

Ensure the team works collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality products.
