Job Description

Must haves: Jmeter, Test cases, Grafana, CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab etc.

Good to have: SQL

Experience: 6-8 years of experience in performance testing, with a focus on Jmeter.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Jmeter for performance testing.

• Strong knowledge of performance testing methodologies and tools.

• Experience with monitoring tools like Grafana.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or similar.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Performance Testing:

• Design, develop, and execute performance test plans and scripts using Jmeter

• Analyze performance test results and provide detailed reports on system performance, bottlenecks, and recommendations for improvements.

2. Monitoring and Analysis:

• Utilize Grafana for monitoring and visualizing performance metrics.

• Identify performance issues and work with development teams to resolve them.

3. Collaboration:

• Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to integrate performance testing into the CI/CD pipeline.
