Job Description

  • Expertise in managing and troubleshooting with a strong focus on performance optimization, backup/restore, data replication, and stored procedure development
  • Delivering end-to-end technical support including incident management, root cause analysis, API testing, code deployment, and production issue resolution within strict SLAs
  • Strong ability to provide PROD support while ensuring effective communication and quick turnaround for critical issues
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written, verbal communication/collaboration skills and ability to manage user/vendor/customer and to work with cross functional teams
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders for tech solutioning and bottlenecks removal
  • Ability to assess the impact of production issues & escalate to relevant technology partners and get it resolved at the earliest during extremely time critical regulatory commitments
  • Ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision & in a time sensitive environment
  • Preferred: Has an understanding of finance/accounting domain
