We are looking for a Junior Sales Specialist focused on dry fruit products for our company, part of the rapidly expanding IRCA Group, operating in Sicily, in the province of Catania.
The role involves managing customer relationships primarily within the European market, responding promptly and efficiently to inquiries, and acting as an intermediary between customers and various internal departments (Production, Logistics, R&D, Quality). The ultimate goal is to support the expansion of our customer portfolio while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Manage daily interactions with customers, mainly in the European market, by responding promptly and professionally to inquiries and requests.
Manage and process customer orders, monitoring the progress.
Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments (Production, Logistics, R&D, Quality).
Assist in preparing quotations and commercial offers.
Support the sales team in expanding and maintaining the customer portfolio.
Education: High school Degree/Degree in Food Science and Technology or Economics
Experience: Experience in similar roles is strongly preferred.
Language Skills: Proficient English is mandatory
Computer Skills: MS Office and familiarity with ERP System or order management tool.

Location: Bronte (VA) with willingness to travel.
Working hours: Full time, 40h/week, from Monday to Friday.
