Essential Functions
Act as the central sales operations hub, enabling consistent execution and target achievement across IQVIA's diverse business lines.
Own and optimize end to end sales processes and systems, including CRM, PSA, CPQ, and Maestro, to improve sales efficiency and data quality.
Translate sales data and performance insights into actionable go to market strategies and continuous execution improvements.
Lead sales performance management, including target setting, pipeline governance, forecasting accuracy, and KPI reporting.
Support the rollout, adoption, and ongoing operation of global commercial initiatives such as Maestro and Enterprise CPQ within Korea.
Proactively identify operational inefficiencies and lead cross functional process and system improvement initiatives.
Partner closely with Sales, Finance, Contracting, and Delivery teams to ensure alignment, risk mitigation, and commercial execution excellence.
Qualifications
9+ years of relevant experience in sales operations, commercial operations, or related roles
Proven experience owning end-to-end sales processes and systems (e.g., CRM, CPQ, forecasting, performance management)
Strong ability to analyze sales performance data
Proactive, self-driven mindset with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
