Intern Opportunity In Warsaw, Poland

IQVIA is seeking a detail-oriented Intern to join our team in Warsaw. This internship offers the opportunity to support clinical trial documentation processes and gain valuable experience in a global Contract Research Organization (CRO). You will work closely with experienced professionals and contribute to the delivery of regulatory and site activation activities.

Responsibilities

• Support the printing, compilation, and shipment of clinical trial documentation for site activation, maintenance, and regulatory activities
• Assist in the preparation, handling, distribution, filing, and archiving of documentation in accordance with scope of work and standard operating procedures
• Review documents for completeness, consistency, and accuracy under the guidance of senior staff
• Prepare client deliverables and draft straightforward documents using appropriate tools
• Maintain project-specific data in Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS), tracking tools, and timelines
• Provide administrative support including meeting coordination, minute taking, travel arrangements, and document handling
• Interact with internal and external stakeholders under supervision
• Support investigational product (IP) release activities for small projects or assist with reviews for larger studies

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Effective problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a professional environment
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
