The College of Health and Human Sciences (CHHS) School of Education (SOE) is seeking applications for a Graduate Student Services Specialist II. This position provides admissions support, program management, and student services for current and prospective graduate students.
The Graduate Student Services Specialist supports graduate programs and students throughout the entire lifecycle—from recruitment and admissions, through academic milestones, to program completion. The role involves one-on-one student support, day-to-day administration of multiple graduate programs, and coordination with the Graduate College, Graduate Admissions, other Graduate Support Specialists across CHHS, and SOE faculty and staff. The position manages records, runs reports, supports course scheduling logistics, and contributes to program events and student programming.

• Intermediate-level position with solid professional and/or technical skills working under general supervision to achieve goals
