Iowa State Online, a unit with The Center for Excellence in Learning and Teaching (CELT), is accepting applicants for an Assistant Director Student Services to collaborate closely with the Director of Iowa State Online and oversee the coordination of university-wide online undergraduate and graduate student support. This position will lead a team of student support staff working with online students and prospective students across many programs in the different academic units at the university. This position will coordinate and lead student support and engagement, analysis of enrollment and evaluation data, and promote collaboration across campus units. Additionally, this position will work with CELT leadership to advance university systems and processes relevant for online learners.
The successful candidate will have effective management and organizational skills, the ability to work well with varied stakeholders, and the ability to communicate effectively. All staff members are expected to interact collegially and maintain the highest standards of integrity and ethical behavior.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis without sponsorship. Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.
