As a Senior IT Technician, you will be a critical part of IT operations, responsible for the deployment, support, and maintenance of technology assets at your assigned facility. You will act as the primary IT contact for the site, ensuring systems run smoothly and securely, while maintaining alignment with global IT standards and service level agreements (SLAs). This role bridges the gap between the Global IT Service Desk and local operations, delivering exceptional technical support and customer service.

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft operating systems and applications. Solid understanding of networking fundamentals including DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, and Active Directory. Hands-on experience with computer hardware, mobile devices, and peripherals. Proven ability to maintain on-premises datacenter equipment and structured cabling. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage both manufacturing and corporate personnel.
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
