Our client, a leading organization in facility management, is seeking a Mobile Engineer 3 to join their team. As a Mobile Engineer 3, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting multiple facilities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Mobile Engineer 3

Location: Des Moines, IA

Pay Range: $36/hr

What's the Job?

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment across various systems and multiple locations.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Fire, Life Safety, and Control systems to ensure compliance with standards.
• Travel between facilities to ensure proper functioning and maintenance of equipment.
• Manage facility services, preventative maintenance, inventory control, and oversee contracted maintenance work.
• Maintain equipment performance through cleaning, inspecting, calibrating, and replacing parts as needed.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 5-7 years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
• Ability to analyze the operation of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems and take corrective actions.
• EPA 608 Type II Certification.
• Working knowledge of computer applications including Word and Excel.
