Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Maxim Healthcare in Fort Dodge, IA is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with pediatric and/or adult patients in their own homes. Responsibilities include utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, providing skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders, assessing signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition, and collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data and information from health care members and documenting actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications include currently being licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice, having a current TB or chest X-ray, a current BLS card, and one year of prior professional nursing experience preferred.
