HR Assistant

Join our team as an HR Assistant supporting multiple business units in a dynamic and fast-paced environment! In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that all new hires meet compliance standards and are fully onboarded before their start dates. Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all pre-employment tasks (such as background checks, paperwork completion, and compliance requirements) are completed in a timely manner.
  • Act as a point of contact for new hires, providing guidance and support throughout the onboarding journey.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation in HR systems.
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with managers across multiple business units to align onboarding schedules and address team-specific needs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations during the hiring and onboarding process.
  • Provide administrative support for the HR team as needed, helping to implement organizational initiatives on time and with high precision.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve and streamline the onboarding process.

Requirements

What Makes You a Strong Candidate:

  • Experience: 1-2+ years of experience in an HR, administrative, or coordinator role, with a focus on compliance or document tracking.
  • Skills: Strong proficiency in organizational management, attention to detail, and maintaining data accuracy. Experience working with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) or ServiceNow is a plus.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with new hires and stakeholders professionally.
  • Multitasker: Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities for various business units in a high-volume environment.
  • Team Player: Proven ability to work well both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Adaptability: Flexible, with the ability to navigate hybrid work schedules and shifting project timelines.
