What You'll Do:

• Maintain HR systems, files, reporting, and support payroll/timekeeping questions
• Be a visible resource for employees—answer questions and support engagement activities
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on recruiting and onboarding
• Assist employees with leave paperwork and return-to-work steps
• Keep HR processes organized and moving forward

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of HR support or related experience
• Strong communication, follow-through, and judgment
• Ability to stay organized and adaptable in a fast-paced setting
• Comfort having tough conversations with professionalism and empathy
• Experience with HRIS systems is a plus
