General Production Worker

Responsibilities:

• Perform manual labor tasks while machinery and equipment are being replaced.
• Stack products onto pallets.
• Assist with plant cleanup and warehouse duties.
• Maintain inventory of products and equipment, ensuring accurate records of items going out and coming in.

Essential Skills:

• Experience with warehouse forklifts.
• Proficiency in materials handling.
• Capability to perform heavy lifting.
• Experience in machine operating and production tasks.
• Familiarity with pallet jacks and packaging processes.
• Minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience.

Work Environment:

Work in a non-climate controlled environment, which can be hot in the summer and cold in the winter, with occasional dustiness. The facility operates on a Monday-Friday schedule with potential Saturday shifts. Expect 10-20 hours of overtime weekly. Available shifts are 1st Shift (6am-6pm) and 2nd Shift (6pm-6am). The dress code permits shorts in the summer; however, steel-toed boots are mandatory.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $19.25/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
