End-User Computing Support Analyst

Insight Global is currently looking for an End-User Computing Support Analyst for a top financial client in the Des Moines area. This person will sit on-site five days a week. They will be troubleshooting hardware and software related issues. Most of their work will be spent with internal employees. They will be taking drop in appointments to employees with various technology-related issues. Fifty percent of the role will handle hardware assistance and fifty percent will handle software installations, updates, etc. The hourly pay for this role is between $20-$25/hr.

Skills and Requirements:

• Three+ years of experience in technical troubleshooting
• Microsoft 365, Windows 11
• Experience with a ticketing system
• Technical certifications (CompTIA A+, Network +, Security+)
• MacOS
