Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively within cross-functional and culturally diverse teams. Demonstrated ability to interpret technical data, evaluate alternatives, and make data-driven decisions to solve complex engineering challenges. Foundational knowledge in electrical design, analysis, testing, or quality. Familiarity with general product development methodologies.
Experience with capital harness wiring harness design software and wiring harness routing using Creo 3D modeling software Experience with vehicle communication protocols including J1939 CAN, LIN and Ethernet Experience troubleshooting vehicle electrical systems thru practical work experience or internships Basic understanding of electrical harness manufacturing processes. Familiarity with off-road equipment in Construction, Forestry, or Ag industries. Ability to manage multiple tasks or projects simultaneously Familiarity with engineering workflow tools such as PDMLink and SAP.
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following: Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering
