Job Purpose: Drive the successful introduction of new or revised drivetrain systems by executing and managing individual lab test activities. Ensure all testing and data analysis are efficiently planned and completed to meet Product Delivery Process (PDP) and Continuous Improvement (CI) program objectives. The ideal candidate thrives in a hands-on environment, communicates effectively across teams, and independently solves problems to keep projects on track.
