Job Duties

• Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing hands-on coaching, training, and support.
• Monitor performance metrics and hold your team accountable to sales goals, KPIs, and customer satisfaction standards.
• Drive team engagement through clear communication, recognition, and consistent feedback.
• Foster a competitive, positive culture where your team is inspired to grow, win, and deliver value.
• Participate in sales appointments as needed to model best practices and close skill gaps.

Qualifications
