Qualifications:

• Completion of a State-approved Food Services Supervisor Course (required).
• Certified Food Protection Manager and/or ServSafe® Certification (preferred).
• Experience in quantity food preparation and service.
• Willingness to complete training in food safety, sanitation, and modified diets.
• Previous experience in a healthcare dietary setting is a plus.
