Delivery And In-Store Support Team Member

We are looking for a reliable, customer-focused Delivery And In-Store Support Team Member to join our team! The primary responsibility of this position is to safely deliver catering and takeout orders to our customers, while also supporting front-of-house operations when not on deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver orders accurately and promptly to customers and businesses across the Des Moines area.
• Organize, double-check, and load food and beverage orders for delivery.
• Plan efficient delivery routes and ensure timeliness.
• Obey all traffic laws and drive safely at all times.
• Maintain a clean driving record and a valid Iowa drivers license.
• Provide friendly customer service and represent Palmers brand positively during deliveries.
• When in-store:
• Assist customers at the counter with a positive attitude.
• Buss tables and maintain a clean and welcoming lobby.
• Support food packaging, stocking, and other front-of-house duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid drivers license in the state of Iowa with no recent traffic violations.
• Excellent driving skills and time management.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance and attitude.

Our Ingersoll store is located at 2843 Ingersoll Ave, Des Moines, IA and store hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Saturday 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Closed on Sunday.

Our Urbandale store is located at 3719 86th St, Urbandale, IA and store hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Saturday 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Closed on Sunday.

Our West Des Moines store is located at 4949 Westown Pkwy Suite180, West Des Moines, IA and store hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Saturday 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Closed on Sunday.

Days Off: Sunday Hours of Work: 9 am to 2 pm
