What You'll Do

• Frontline Assistance: Respond to inquiries and troubleshoot issues primarily through chat, as well as by phone, email, or MS Teams when needed.
• Problem Solving & Escalation: While solving many issues independently, you'll know when to escalate complex challenges to Tier 2 teams.
• Collaboration: Work alongside dealer success associates, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless dealer experience.
• Feedback Sharing: Capture dealer insights and share feature requests to help evolve the platform.

Requirements

Who You Are

• You love solving problems, enjoy working in fast-paced environments, and believe collaboration is key.
• What Skills You Need:
• Customer Service Skills: A minimum of 1 year in customer support, technical assistance, or a related field.
• Strong Communicator: You know how to explain technical concepts clearly and empathically—especially to frustrated users.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with digital platforms and excited to dive into the John Deere product ecosystem.
• Time Manager Extraordinaire: Great at prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a team setting.

• Dealer Experience: Prior experience working with John Deere dealers or within a dealership.
• Industry Background: Familiarity with agriculture, farming, or construction.
• Bilingual Fluency: Proficiency in English plus a European or Hispanic language.
• Global Collaboration: Previous experience working with international team or across cultures.
• Education Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field. However, we recognize that relevant work experience is just as valuable.
