This role involves delivering exceptional service to clients within the insurance industry by handling inquiries, processing information, and maintaining accurate records. Based in West Des Moines, Iowa, this position offers the flexibility to work remotely while ensuring high-quality customer interactions. Candidates must live in the area.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound and outbound calls, addressing client inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
• Navigate between multiple systems and screens to review, update, and research insurance-related information.
• Maintain accurate and thorough data entry records with a focus on precision and attention to detail.
• Provide timely and effective email correspondence to resolve customer issues.
• Ensure consistent follow-through on customer concerns, delivering resolutions in a timely manner.
• Utilize intermediate computer skills to manage tasks in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or call center operations.
• Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls with a focus on client engagement.
• Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Intermediate computer skills, including the ability to navigate between multiple systems.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word for managing tasks and documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective email correspondence.
• Ability to schedule appointments and manage time efficiently.
• Dependable and self-motivated individual capable of working remotely.
