We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in West Des Moines, Iowa. This is a long-term contract position where you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to customers, managing inquiries, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will excel in multitasking, have strong data entry skills, and demonstrate proficiency in navigating between multiple systems. This role is a remote part-time opportunity and all candidates need to be in the Des Moines area.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Provide accurate and timely updates to insurance information while navigating multiple screens.
• Research and resolve customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction.
• Meet deadlines and follow through on customer requests promptly.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.
• Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Proficiency in navigating between multiple computer screens and systems.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls confidently and professionally.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
