We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Newton, Iowa. Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer calls and emails promptly and professionally
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and general inquiries
• Process orders, route calls, and follow up as needed
• Review and verify documentation for accuracy
• Conduct insurance verification and obtain pre-authorizations
• Navigate multiple EMR systems to access and update patient information
• Communicate trends and issues to management
• Contact patients regarding documentation and offer solutions to facilitate service

Qualifications

Must Have:
1+ years of customer service experience (retail, restaurant, CNA, etc.)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Preferred:
Experience in healthcare or medical terminology
Call center or inbound call experience
Experience in nursing homes or CNA roles

Work Environment

100% onsite in Newton, IA
Standard hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Occasional shifts: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM and rotating weekends (12-hour shifts)
Training: 2 weeks (Week 1: orientation and systems training; Week 2: mentored call handling)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
