Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Newton, Iowa. - Respond to customer calls and emails promptly and professionally
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and general inquiries
- Process orders, route calls, and follow up as needed
- Review and verify documentation for accuracy
- Conduct insurance verification and obtain pre-authorizations
- Navigate multiple EMR systems to access and update patient information
- Communicate trends and issues to management
- Contact patients regarding documentation and offer solutions to facilitate service
Qualifications must have:
- 1+ years of customer service experience (retail, restaurant, CNA, etc.)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Preferred:
- Experience in healthcare or medical terminology
- Call center or inbound call experience
- Experience in nursing homes or CNA roles
Work environment:
- 100% onsite in Newton, IA
- Standard hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Occasional shifts: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM and rotating weekends (12-hour shifts)
- Training: 2 weeks (Week 1: orientation and systems training; Week 2: mentored call handling)

Pay and benefits:
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
