We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Urbandale, Iowa. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries related to life, health, and disability insurance policies. This is a Contract-to-Permanent position, offering a great opportunity to grow within our organization fully on-site.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls from customers with professionalism and efficiency, providing accurate information and support.
• Address inquiries related to policy coverage, billing and payments, claims, and rate quotes.
• Assist customers in navigating their insurance options and resolving any issues or concerns.
• Process orders and maintain accurate records in the system.
• Monitor and follow up on customer requests to ensure timely resolution.
• Uphold confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is required.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly.
• Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of insurance policies, including life, health, and disability, is preferred.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
