Construction Services Supervisor

Essential Criteria:
- Master electrician license with strong leadership and business skills; 10+ years of experience in construction management or related field with 5+ years of direct supervisory responsibilities. Have passed or the ability to pass NASCLA electrical/general building contractors exam preferred.
- Strong leadership abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to understand, interpret and communicate project specifications and drawings for construction and electrical design
- Provide daily direction to Project Managers for issues related to projects and construction
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize projects and tasks
- Strong attention to detail
- Overnight travel as required
- Team and goal oriented
- Must be computer oriented; Word and Excel skills are necessary
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and supervise a team of Project Managers.
- Manage/Maintain company compliance for electrical and general contracting.
- Member of Musco's Electrical and General Contracting licensing pool, expected to maintain licensing in specific territory with the United States.
- Assist in developing processes and procedures. Develop tools to evaluate construction costs, projections, and purchase orders.
- Assist in creating a vision of team development based on future business projections.
- Manage workload of Project Managers with regards to experience, qualifications and availability.
- Develop tools to evaluate quality of installation/certifying contractors.
- Other duties as assigned.
