Director Of Global Field Services & Installation

InVue is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director level leader to manage the growth and expansion of the Global Field Services and Installation team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the Company's hardware implementation program to ensure successful execution of Field Service test management (presales) and installations (post sale) via the management of both internal and 3rd party service providers. The candidate will possess demonstrated experience scaling efficient internal and external Field Service and Installation capabilities that reflect industry-leading customer value and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all in-scope services and installations meet or exceed the Company's quality standards and customer expectations by conducting regular inspections, reviewing documentation, and leading continuous improvement across all stakeholders.
• Manage and lead Field Services and Installation Teams to ensure successful implementations.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of 3rd party installation technicians or contractors, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Work with customers to capture solution and service requirements, schedules, and align with schedules, and requirements.
• Coordinate with operations and warehousing on product availability, kitting, distribution needs.
• Collaborate with internal and external (3rd party) project managers or engineers to develop installation plans, including resource allocation, equipment requirements, and timelines.
• Conduct site visits to evaluate project requirements, assess installation feasibility, and identify potential challenges or risks.
• Serve as a liaison between installation teams, project managers, customers, and other internal stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and resolving any conflicts that may arise.
• Maintain accurate records of installation activities, including project documentation, equipment inventories, and service reports.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's products and services to provide technical guidance and support to the field teams.
• Manage resources effectively, including equipment, tools, and inventory required for installations and optimize resource allocation to maximize productivity and minimize costs.
• Develop and/or enhance department procedures, MSA, and SOW content in support of internal and customer objectives, including negotiation of relevant 3rd party agreements.
• Assisting with tracking the logistics and shipping of hardware to installation sites
• Responsible for all Field Service and Installation KPIs to ensure successful rollout plans and contributions to Customer Success.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of successful experience in field service management, installation management of hardware-software enabled products (connected devices), or a related role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional project management and customer service skills.
• Demonstrated collaborator with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Proficient in using relevant software and tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proof of success in a fast-paced, multitasking global environment.
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point). Ability to travel upward of 50%, with leadership of delivery teams in US, Canada, and EMEA.
