The Sales Lead will play a critical role in driving revenue growth across InvestorFlow's suite of products. This individual will lead and inspire our London-based sales team, develop market-specific strategies, and build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with our U.S. Marketing and Sales Leadership teams to ensure global alignment and cross-sell success.

Develop and execute effective sales strategies in partnership with Marketing and Sales Leadership to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
Identify opportunities to grow our UK and EMEA market share across all InvestorFlow products.
Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of UK-based sales professionals.
Partner with U.S. teams to drive cross-sell initiatives for InvestorFlow's Pulse and Portfolio products.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and expansion opportunities.
Educate clients on InvestorFlow's product suite to drive adoption and help them improve operational efficiency.
Track and analyze sales metrics and pipeline performance.
Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive developments.
7+ years of sales experience in financial services, real estate, or a related B2B industry (private markets / alternative assets preferred).
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and leading high-performing sales teams.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and global environment.
Experience working with Salesforce.
