The individual will be a problem solver with a keen eye for detail, an understanding of agile development processes and experience in a selection of coding languages. They will have proven experience as a software developer, software engineer or similar role and be open to learning new languages and technologies.
This role will be accountable for the development of the TradeFlow User Interface applications, including both feature and maintenance releases. They will also proactively identify improvements to the development processes to reduce defects and improve delivery.
The individual must be able to articulate and convey complex concepts to stakeholders within the organization with simplicity and concise language. An understanding of the post-trade process or similar financial experience would be advantageous.
