Job Description
Primary Function:
We are seeking an accomplished Senior Project Manager with deep expertise in Human Resources, project management, HR technology, and change management. The ideal candidate brings a proven history of leading complex initiatives in global organizations and a strong understanding of HR programs, processes, and practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with HR and business stakeholders to define project requirements and deliver strategic solutions.
- Develop and manage project plans with clear timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Create and integrate change management activities into the overall plan, including communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.
- Design and deliver training materials and resources, such as user guides, tutorials, and online modules, for internal teams and end users.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, managing risks and resolving issues proactively.
- Guide teams using HR expertise and best practices to ensure quality execution.
- Drive successful execution of HR projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.
- Track progress, report outcomes, and adjust plans as needed to ensure success.
- Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Serve as an HR subject matter expert, offering insights and direction to project teams.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in HR, business operations, strategy, or program management roles—ideally within complex, matrixed organizations.
- Minimum college degree
- Proven ability to manage large-scale, complex programs with multiple stakeholders and moving parts.
- Executive presence and maturity—able to confidently engage with senior leaders, influence decisions, and manage sensitive or high-impact initiatives.
- Impeccable attention to detail and high personal accountability for quality and follow-through.
- Proficiency in program and project management tools and frameworks; certification (e.g., PMP, Agile, Smartsheet) a plus.
- Experience with Workday and ServiceNow is preferred.
- Highly collaborative, adaptable, and energized by creating clarity and driving progress in fast-paced environments.
- Positive, proactive, and grounded in a strong sense of purpose and team spirit.
- Must be able to travel up to 25%.
