Role. The role will report to Invoicing Manager. Location for this position: Stockholm. Hybrid work. We see that hybrid work, where we as employees can work either from home or from the office, creates opportunities to perform and work effectively in virtual and real environments.
We are now looking for reinforcement to our team Fakturaservice and in the role of Service Delivery Manager (SDM) you will work independently and be responsible for our delivery to a number of own customers. As SDM you are the customer's contact person regarding operational issues and thus have a central role in the dialogue with the customer. You capture questions and problems from the customers, investigate them independently and if you do not solve the question on your own, you take help from and collaborate with other internal functions. You will collaborate with among others Sales, Business Development & IT, Finance, Client Onboarding and Client Support.
As SDM you are responsible for customer contact in the delivery of our invoice service solutions. We help companies distribute their invoices and take care of their accounts receivable management, and develop the handling according to the customer's needs. This means that on a daily basis you answer questions, provide advice, analyze and work to improve the customer's and Intrum's routines. In collaboration with the customer and your internal colleagues you always strive for a better result for both parties. You are guided in your work by our concepts, routines and regulations, instructions and policies, agreements, customer-specific solutions, quality requirements and our values.
You communicate with customers by phone, email and personal meetings, both regarding operational issues and training of the services and systems. You actively work on driving improvements, coordinate internally regarding routines around customer file communication and quality-assured delivery. You are involved in developing key figures per customer, supplemented with analysis and action proposals for customer meetings and have a close dialogue regarding the customer with the responsible Key Account Manager.
Your qualifications
We believe that you have
· Several years of experience in finance and/or invoice service solutions
· Good experience in customer contact
· Experience in analytical work
· You are an Office user and have an easy time learning new systems
· Good communication skills, written and verbal in Swedish and English
