Full-Stack Software Engineer
We are seeking a Full-Stack Software Engineer with a track record of thriving in fast-paced, high-bar engineering environments. This role is ideal for someone who loves building end-to-end products, thrives in early-stage settings, and is motivated by the opportunity to influence both technical and product direction.
What You'll Do
- Lead the development of complex and scalable technical products from design to deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver impactful features that shape the product experience.
- Balance frontend user interfaces with backend services and APIs to build robust, modular solutions.
- Contribute to product and strategic discussions, adopting a user-first mindset when shaping decisions.
- Operate with autonomy, making thoughtful trade-offs under uncertainty while maintaining high standards.
What We're Looking For
4–10 years of professional experience as a full-stack engineer in high-growth, technical environments (ideally B2B SaaS).
Foundational training from world-class engineering organizations combined with startup experience.
Strong technical fundamentals and ability to work seamlessly across frontend and backend.
A "founder's mindset" — proactive, resourceful, and comfortable making independent decisions.
Excellent communication skills; able to explain complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Passion for building products that solve real user problems.
