The responsibility of a Field Support Coordinator is to oversee the warehouse and yard, facilitating a variety of administrative and order processing tasks.
Duties & Responsibilities
Coordinates the yard and warehouse personnel
Receives, processes, and follows up on project orders from jobsites
Supports the Field Support Superintendent with administrative tasks as required
Verifies and reviews jobsite order processing
Ensures supplies are shipped to the appropriate project
Efficiently processes delivery permits
Maintains a positive and customer-oriented approach
Assists in trucking dispatch
Operates forklift and other material handling equipment
Manages a variety of tasks in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
Qualifications
Education/Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
Required Competencies
Must be detail-oriented and organized
Intermediate computer knowledge including Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Proactive, self-motivated, problem-solver
Ability to prioritize and remain flexible
Ability to work independently, as well as on teams
Physical Requirements
Ability to work safety around moving machinery
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds from ground level to waist level and 30 pounds to above shoulder level throughout a scheduled work shift
Qualified candidates must have a valid driver's
Ability to work in changing climates, including hot, humid, cold, wet seasons
