Controls Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and modify logic diagrams, wiring diagrams, single lines, and P&IDs.
Design and verify process/control systems, including PLCs, networks, drives, instrumentation, and control panels.
Utilize Allen-Bradley hardware such as MicroLogix, ControlLogix, CompactLogix, and PanelView for fluid process control.
Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical and electrical equipment issues.
Perform testing and refurbishment of PLC modules, HMIs, and other electrical hardware.
Support on-site start-ups, including troubleshooting and problem resolution.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience programming Allen-Bradley or Siemens PLCs and HMIs.
Experience with FactoryTalk PanelView programming.
Proven experience in site commissioning and start-up of control systems.
