We're excited to welcome a Sales Support Administrator to our team at IMG—one of the world's leading international medical insurance providers. This is a Permanent, full-time opportunity (40 hours/week) based out of our Cardiff office, with hybrid working options available. Earning a competitive salary between £23,500.00 and £24,000.00.

The Role: Make Every Call Count

As a Sales Support Agent, you'll be the friendly first voice for customers looking for travel insurance—handling new quote enquiries, renewals, and payment processing with professionalism and precision.

• Deliver first-class support to customers over the phone
• Match clients with the best insurance products for their needs
• Securely process card payments using our advanced call system
• Contribute to revenue growth with every successful policy
• Support inbox and live chat duties to enhance service reach

What We're Looking For

• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Sharp attention to detail and service-oriented mindset
• Confidence working independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in call centres, admin or live chat is a bonus
