Technical Consultant For Fermentation Processes

This position is responsible for acting as a technical reference in industrial fermentation processes, supporting strategic clients in improving operational performance and generating measurable economic impact. The role combines strong technical depth, analytical capacity, field performance, and close interface with commercial teams and internal leadership.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead technical diagnostics and consultancy activities in industrial fermentation processes, supporting strategic clients in making critical operational decisions.
• Act as a technical reference in industrial fermentation, with a focus on yeasts, enzymes, sanitizers, and microbiology, conducting process analyses, technical audits, industrial tests, and structured root cause investigations.
• Plan, execute, and validate technical projects with measurable impact on performance and financial results, structuring action plans, defining performance indicators, and following up on industrial tests.
• Interpret process and laboratory data, translating technical results into clear gains in yield, productivity, microbiological stability, and operational cost reduction.
• Prepare robust technical and executive reports, combining in-depth technical analyses with clear executive summaries oriented towards managerial decision-making.
• Act as a technical-commercial link between clients, sales team, and internal leadership, providing advanced technical support, comparative analyses, and strategic recommendations aligned with the company's commercial objectives.
• Contribute to the development of applied technical knowledge, staying updated through literature, industry data, and field practice.
• Train clients, sales team, and internal stakeholders through technical training in fermentation, microbiology, data analysis, measurement systems, and process control.
