Where You'll Make a Difference

• Accountable for Run and Maintenance of the ERP suit of applications.
• Act as change manager and drive operational rituals like change review board and reporting per workstream.
• Review and finetune the weekly governance reports together with IT outsourcing Partners to achieve optimal results.
• Drive improvements based on feedback of Business Stakeholders / Digital Technology Solutions (DTS) IFF Subject Matter Experts (SME) and based on organization initiatives.
• Overall responsible for Change and release management for the ERP suit of applications.
• Own the ERP release calendar for the ERP area and update it according to the different circumstances. Also makes sure the right communication is sent out.
• Act as bridge between business organization and IT outsourcing partner in terms of IT services and new changes.
• Help the Digital Technology Solutions IFF Subject Matter Experts team to prioritize the enhancements on a monthly basis to achieve the right utilization of the enhancement hours and make sure the priority changes are implemented.
• Conduct process training sessions for Digital Technology Solutions IFF Subject Matter Experts and the IT outsourcing partners when new process is introduced, or additional process training sessions are requested.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or any other relevant discipline.
• Minimum 10-12 years of experience in SAP environments (e.g., S/4HANA, ECC6.0).
• Experience in managing software outsourcing partners.
• Strong understanding and working experience with ITIL processes.
• Demonstrated expertise in vendor management within Application support, along with Strong IT Service Management process skills (ITSM).
• Experience in implementing AI-based solutions.
• Knowledge of ERP (SAP/ S/4)/NERP applications.
• Hands on experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow), Application monitoring software, Incident management systems.
• Strong communication skills (written and oral) in English.
