Your potential is our inspiration. Where You'll Make a Difference • Assist account managers in samples, documentation, quotes etc. • Assist account managers in paperwork in SFDC and other systems. Update projects, request samples, manager flavor bank in Beijing office. • Handle/service some non-key account's inquiries directly • Assist commercial team with travel arrangements, meetings and conferences, and assist with ensuring external and internal (IFF) customer visits are properly arranged. • Gather, prepare and complete reports needed for regionally and globally managed accounts • Prepare account reports as needed for commercial and management.

• Be a self-starter and have the ability to work independently;
• Cross functional collaboration and teamwork. Strong communication & negotiation skill;
• Good written English skills
• College degree or above
• 1-3 years working experience
