As an Advanced Practice Provider in Nephrology, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience.
You will practice at St. George Regional Hospital.
You will collaborate with Intermountain nephrologists, other advanced practice providers and nurse navigators to deliver general nephrology care in outpatient clinic, hospital, dialysis, and telehealth settings.
You'll work 4 – 10s, no weekends, no call.
Travel to Dialysis Centers in Hurricane, Mesquite – Mileage will be reimbursed.
