We're actively hiring Territory Sales Representative in Texas—individuals who are passionate about territory expansion, net-new client acquisition, and closing new business. This is a pure hunter role focused on developing new accounts and driving revenue growth within your assigned market. No account management. No maintenance. Just full-cycle new business development.

If you thrive on cold prospecting, walking into businesses unannounced, and converting leads into revenue—you'll feel right at home here.

Drive new business development across a defined territory by targeting small and mid-sized retailers.

Identify, prospect, and close new accounts through in-person cold visits and field sales efforts.

Build and execute weekly sales plans and route strategies to maximize coverage and pipeline.

Deliver persuasive product demos showcasing our money transfer and digital financial services.

Manage all sales activities and opportunities in CRM with discipline and precision.

A proven track record in territory-based business development or outside B2B sales.

At least 1+ year of experience generating and closing new business opportunities.

An aggressive, go-getter mindset with a focus on building pipeline and closing deals.

Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.

Competitive base salary plus uncapped on-target sales commissions.
